Fartleks

Lucille Trail is my main running spot. It is a paved, relatively flat, 1.25 mile long trail that runs along Lucille Creek in Powder Springs, GA. I often see wild rabbits and deer here. It intersects with Silver Comet Trail about .75 miles from the trailhead. A small parking lot can accommodate no more than 10 vehicles, but most users live in the surrounding neighborhoods, like me. It is about a 10 minute walk from my house to the trail, which is perfect warm up distance. I usually walk here, stretch, then start my run.
